Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Lead with 9+ years of strong implementation experience across Employee Central (EC), Compensation, and Variable Pay, along with exposure to SAP Joule. The role requires leading end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, designing scalable HR solutions, and leveraging intelligent technologies to improve HR decision-making and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations using SAP Activate methodology
- Act as Project Lead / Functional Lead for EC, Compensation, Variable Pay, and SAP Joule-enabled use cases
- Own solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities
- Manage cross-functional teams including integration, data migration, and technical consultants
- Ensure delivery within scope, timelines, and quality standards
- Provide functional leadership and mentoring to junior consultants
Employee Central (EC)
- Design and implement Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, and data models
- Configure Job Information, Compensation Information, Employment Information, and Event Reasoning
- Build Business Rules, Workflows, Alerts, and Approval processes
- Support country-specific localizations and compliance requirements
- Lead and execute data migration from legacy HR systems to EC
Compensation
- Lead annual merit, promotion, and off-cycle compensation cycles
- Configure eligibility rules, guidelines, budgets, and compensation worksheets
- Design compensation templates, route maps, and approval workflows
- Support annual salary review (SRC) cycles and audit requirements
- Partner with HR and Finance on compensation governance
Variable Pay
- Design and implement Variable Pay and bonus programs aligned with business objectives
- Configure bonus plans, business goals, individual objectives, payout curves, and proration logic
- Execute end-to-end Variable Pay cycles including calculations, validations, and final payouts
- Ensure alignment with payroll, finance, and compliance requirements
SAP Joules & Intelligent HR
- Leverage SAP Joule to enhance HR processes, insights, and decision-making
- Support AI-driven use cases such as guided insights, data interpretation, and manager self-service
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for intelligent automation
- Ensure responsible and compliant usage of AI features within SAP SuccessFactors
Security, Reporting & Integrations
- Design and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Develop and support Ad Hoc, Table, Compensation, and Variable Pay reports
- Collaborate with integration teams for Payroll, Finance, and third-party system integrations
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and audit processes
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT stakeholders
- Lead requirement workshops, solution walkthroughs, demos, and UAT sessions
- Support change management, training, and end-user documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 9+ years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central, Compensation, and Variable Pay
- Experience leading global or regional SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Understanding of SAP Joule and intelligent HR capabilities
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
