We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join a BI & Analytics initiative within an established analytics area. You will play a key role in designing, building, and operating robust data platforms that enable advanced analytics and actionable business insights.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, translating needs into scalable, high-quality technical solutions. Together with a stable analytics team, you will contribute across the full data lifecycle—from ingestion and transformation to deployment and operations.

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and transformation
• Set up and configure Azure DevOps from scratch, including CI/CD pipelines, releases, deployments, and hotfix handling
• Develop and operate production-grade data solutions using Databricks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver value-driven BI & analytics solutions
• Contribute to data modeling and data architecture in complex BI environments
• Integrate APIs and connect the data platform with external systems and AI/ML models
• Work in an agile setup and contribute to continuous improvement and team collaboration
• Manage multiple parallel initiatives in a structured and proactive manner

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering
• Proven ability to build data pipelines independently (ingestion, transformation, processing)
• Strong experience in the Azure ecosystem, including Azure DevOps setup, configuration, and CI/CD
• Expert-level Databricks development and operational experience
• Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, and PySpark
• Solid background in BI and data modeling, including 5+ years in BI/Analytics projects
• Experience with API and system integrations
• Ability to connect AI/ML models with enterprise systems
• Strong experience working with Git and DevOps workflows
• Fluent in English

• Power BI experience
