Gillar du att prata i telefonen och att hjälpa människor? Då har vi nästa jobb för dig!

Vår kund i norra Stockholm söker en medarbetare för uppdrag i deras kontaktcenter. Här krävs det att du har förmågan att lyssna, ta in information och leka detektiv i deras databas för att kunna förmedla detta till den som ringer in.

Start enligt överenskommelse, gärna så snart som möjligt, och till sista augusti.

Arbetstid måndag till torsdag 8.30-17, fredag 8.30-15

Responsibilities

• Ta emot ärenden via telefon och besvara dessa
• Skapa ärenden i kundens system och hantera dessa
• Skicka ev mera komplexa ärenden vidare internt

Qualifications

• Van att arbeta med telefonen som arbetsredskap, gärna i en liknande roll.
• Officepaketet
• Orädd för olika system.
• Gilla att vara lite detektiv
• Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska
