We’re one of the world’s oldest start-ups — and we’re just getting started.
At Husqvarna Group, innovation is in our DNA. With over 330 years of heritage and a passion for pioneering technology, we design and deliver world class products and solutions for forest, park, garden and construction care. From robotic lawn mowers to cutting-edge chainsaws and sustainable battery systems, we’re shaping the future — and we want you to be part of it.
As a Digital Project Manager you will join a team that delivers digital solutions across multiple customer touchpoints using agile, value-driven development in a close collaboration with different stakeholders. By bridging business stakeholders, customer experience, and cross-functional teams, this role reduces fragmentation, increases alignment, and accelerates value delivery. It provides a single point of accountability for initiatives from discovery to optimization, ensuring that learning, prioritization, and execution are guided by customer insight, data, and strategic intent. You will report to Katja Eriksson, Optimization & Governance Manager.
About the role:
In this role, you will lead digital initiatives end-to-end, from early idea exploration and discovery through launch and continuous optimization. You will coordinate and collaborate closely with CX teams, development, marketing, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. A key part of your work will be to ensure that all initiatives are grounded in data, insights, and real customer needs.
Transparency is central to how we work - you will create clear visibility into progress, decisions, and priorities for all stakeholders. Documentation is also an essential part of the role, ensuring that learning, requirements, and processes are captured and shared in a structured and accessible way.
You will follow up on goals, create transparency, and support prioritization through agile ways of working. Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, you will keep the overall picture together and ensure alignment across the organization and external parties.
About you:
You’re proactive, pragmatic, and collaborative - prestige‑less, curious about the digital landscape, and comfortable driving change across diverse stakeholders. You ask for help when needed to move the work forward.
Your skills and background:
Location
This position will be placed in either Huskvarna or Stockholm, Sweden. We offer a hybrid work set up where you will have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely, promoting work-life balance for all team members. We meet in the office at least 2-3 times a week (50%).
Your Application:
Please submit your application in English, including CV and personal letter, as soon as possible, as we will review applications on an ongoing basis. We do not accept applications via e-mail due to GDPR regulations.
