Assignment Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager

What You Will Work On

• Leading initiatives to strengthen Third-Party ICT Risk Management frameworks
• Driving process analysis and mapping across business services, processes, ICT applications, and third-party vendors
• Identifying gaps and pain points in existing processes and designing pragmatic improvement solutions
• Implementing new or improved processes, including documentation such as SOPs
• Enhancing and executing Business Impact Assessments in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Assessing existing ICT controls against regulatory and industry requirements
• Supporting the development and implementation of third-party risk management processes
• Contributing to the establishment of a new ICT resilience strategy
• Preparing high-quality decision material for steering committees and governance forums
• Driving process design, execution, and change related to ICT risk and resilience

What You Bring – Must Have

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management with strong capability in process analysis and process mapping
• Proven ability to identify process weaknesses and drive solution design and implementation
• Strong documentation skills, including development of SOPs and structured process material
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and development of executive decision material
• Solid working knowledge of Excel, including financial planning and analysis
• Relevant risk and/or project management certifications (e.g. SAFe, PRINCE2, ISACA, CISSP, CRISC)
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to align conflicting perspectives
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively and manage deadlines in complex environments
