In this role, you’ll guide the team through structural change, foster strong collaboration, and help define a more focused, agile way of working. About the position

Perido is looking for a Scrum Master for our client, a well-known company within the automotive industry. You will be working from the office located in Södertälje, with a maximum of two days a week remote.

Your daily tasks

As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in guiding a cross-functional team. Your focus will be on enabling the team through agile coaching, facilitating ceremonies, removing obstacles, and supporting both delivery and team development. As the domain evolves, you will help the team navigate structural changes, strengthen collaboration, and stay focused on value creation, learning, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and continuously improve Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
• Coach the team in agile principles and foster a culture of openness, trust, and continuous learning
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery flow in collaboration with the Product Owner
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and value delivery
• Strengthen collaboration across teams and stakeholders
• Support the team during domain transitions and structural change
• Contribute to defining the core Product Communication scope together with leadership and architects
• Create an environment where team members can thrive — balancing delivery, learning, and well-being

Your characteristics

We’re looking for an experienced and mature Scrum Master who combines structure and delivery focus with empathy and strong facilitation skills. You’re pedagogical and pragmatic — able to simplify complex ideas and make agile principles accessible to everyone. With a people-first mindset, you build trust, foster psychological safety, and support the growth of individuals and teams. You challenge outdated ways of working, drive continuous improvement, and are passionate about building high-performing, self-organizing teams through coaching, mentorship, and clear leadership.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Experience with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English

Meritorious:

• Additional education in agile leadership, facilitation, or coaching
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Fluent in Swedish

Contract type and hours

Full-time consulting assignment for 12 months. Start as soon as possible.
