We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Advisory Project/Program Manager to support a Privacy & Compliance function in a complex, regulated environment. You will step into an established setup and be expected to contribute with minimal ramp-up, ensuring continuity and momentum across business-critical initiatives.

The assignment requires strong advisory capabilities, confident governance, and the ability to drive structured delivery where internal policies and external regulations are key.

• Act as a senior advisory Project/Program Manager within Privacy & Compliance
• Drive governance, structure, and clear communication across multiple parallel initiatives
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements
• Coordinate and align stakeholders across the organization, including senior management
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance-related processes and standards at group level
• Support leadership through reporting, advisory input, and decision support

• Minimum 12 years of experience in project management and/or program management
• Recognized expertise in privacy compliance and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Proven experience working in large, complex organizations
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including senior and executive levels
• Professional communication skills in English
• Ability to quickly understand context, ongoing activities, and established ways of working
• Strong self-leadership and ability to work independently

• Experience taking over an ongoing setup and ensuring continuity in delivery
