Professional Galaxy is looking for a Digital Product Manager on behalf of our client.

Digital Product Manager for Public Channels This role works in the intersection between business, technology, and user experience. You understand the end user, customer and business needs, utilizing user journeys and design thinking to secure the digital product brings continuous value. Your responsibility includes optimizing the product to achieve the business goals while maximizing return on investment. Aligned with the business strategy you manage and evolve the product including vision, strategy, goals, roadmap and budget through the lifetime of the digital initiative.

• Platform owner for the Public Web, Dealer Locator, and Marketing tools • Work closely with Brand Communications and Marketing team to identify and prioritize business requirements from all stakeholders • Work with supplier team lead and developers to plan & deliver improvements • Work closely with the Business Owner to define digital product vision, strategy, goals and roadmaps. • Work cross functionally to drive initiatives that align consistency, across digital products • Secure that business & digital initiative strategy and goals are visualized and well understood • Regularly collect feedback on implemented work through analytics, internal, and end user input. • Ensure the entire user experience are designed with the user at the center and secure the product brings continuous value. • Provide thorough analysis and insights of market, technology, product trends and the competitive landscape • Identify dependencies, including on stable teams and individual contributors. • Plan and forecast resource needs in connection to One Rhythm. • Drive planning cycle for product, including roadmap, resource needs and budget required. • Ensure digital products fulfill all legal, compliance and security requirements*. • Secure release and roll-out plan, including change management and training approach. • Identify successes, issues, risks and potential actions to be escalated. • Cultivate strong collaboration and teamwork. Customer Experience Data and Analytics lead • Champion Data-Driven Culture: Advocate for and educate stakeholders on using data to inform decisions, not just gut feel. • Manage team of 3 analysts/developers located around the world • Support sites/portals with regular data meetings including their stakeholders • Manage users for analytics and feedback tools (Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Hotjar, Google Search Console, etc) • Support business with metrics for their quarterly reports • Generate Actionable Insights & Recommendations providing clear, compelling stories and prioritized recommendations for stakeholders • Create Dashboards & Reports for stakeholders to use and to review in data meetings • Align across digital products to drive consistency and improve data quality.
