Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Vehicle Dynamics / Chassis Tuning Engineer

What you will work on

Chassis Tuning & Calibration

• Perform chassis tuning and calibration for vehicles prior to EU market introduction
• Tune vehicle dynamics across multiple development phases
• Validate springs, anti-roll bars, bushings, bump stops, and dampers
• Perform CDC current calibration

Testing & Evaluation

• Execute in-car tuning and vehicle dynamics testing
• Conduct driving simulator evaluations
• Participate in structured test sessions and evaluations

Global Collaboration & Reporting

• Work across test locations in Germany, Sweden, and China
• Collaborate within work package team
• Document tuning activities and compile technical reports from test sessions

What you bring

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of in-car chassis tuning experience
• Valid driving license category B
• Advanced test driver license from recognized test tracks

Technical Expertise

• Strong expertise in vehicle dynamics and chassis systems
• Advanced knowledge of CANape and related calibration tools
• Solid understanding of automotive testing, validation, and tuning processes
