Assignment Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager – Systems Integration & Agile Delivery

What You Will Work On

• Drive and coordinate technical deliveries with strong focus on system integrations
• Manage technical dependencies across multiple surrounding systems
• Facilitate technical working sessions with vendors, architects, and business stakeholders
• Support and enable agile ways of working in the team, including:
• Sprint planning
• Daily coordination
• Follow-ups and progress tracking
• Ensure technical readiness and incident handling ahead of pilot and rollout
• Secure proper technical documentation for handover to operations and support
• Act as link between business requirements, architecture, and development execution

What You Bring

• Proven experience in technical project management within system development and implementation projects
• Strong experience working with external vendors and delivery partners
• Solid understanding of system integrations and technical dependencies
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, preferably in Scrum Master–type roles
• Ability to combine agile and traditional project methods pragmatically
• Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and collaboration platforms
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and technical alignment meetings
