You will join an automotive R&D environment within Product and Quality, contributing to the next generation of connected car technology. The team sits close to an infotainment software factory and helps make software delivery transparent and actionable by turning CI/CD, environment, and product data into insights.

In this role, you will work closely with architects and engineering teams to build and structure modern CI/CD data solutions—focusing on scalable data architecture, clear domain models, and trusted data products that support decision-making across the software lifecycle.

• Lead an engineering data product end-to-end, from architecture to adoption
• Define canonical domain models and metric semantics to ensure consistency across tools and teams
• Design scalable, event-driven data architecture for ingestion, modeling, and analytics
• Enable observability and feedback loops across the software delivery lifecycle
• Drive data quality, reliability, and trust through robust design and governance
• Establish data governance, security, and access models
• Enable self-service analytics to support data-driven decision-making

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience designing large-scale data or software systems
• 5–10 years of experience across software engineering, DevOps/platform engineering, and data engineering, with hands-on exposure to software delivery and production systems
• 2–5 years of experience in technical leadership or architectural roles, leading design decisions across CI/CD, back-end development, engineering data platforms, or data domains
• Proven experience designing and evolving data architectures and data structures enabling scalable, self-service access to engineering and product data
• Strong expertise in data modeling and pipeline architecture, including event-driven ingestion, canonical domain modeling, and transformation layers for analytics
• Experience with CI/CD and observability ecosystems such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK, and the ability to create tool-agnostic models
• Strong analytical capabilities for reasoning about complex systems, trade-offs, and data-driven decisions at scale
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders

• Knowledge of data security, privacy regulations, and compliance standards
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized environments
