In your future role as Head of Rewards Nordics you will
• Lead the development, implementation, and management of Nouryon’s reward strategy across Sweden, Finland, and Norway.
• Design, implement and oversee compensation and benefits programs – from salary structures and bonus plans to incentive initiatives – ensuring competitiveness in the Nordic markets.
• Partner closely with HR, line managers, and unions to align reward practices with talent attraction, retention, and performance goals.
• Represent the Nordics in our global Total Rewards community and contribute to shaping Nouryon’s Group-wide reward agenda.
• Use analytics and insights to monitor and optimize pay practices while ensuring compliance with local legislation.
• Drive harmonization projects and play a key role in supporting business transformation.
We believe you bring
• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a rewards/compensation role.
• Solid experience in Total Rewards, including collective labour agreements (CLAs), job architecture and banding structures
• Proven track record in annual salary reviews, bonus programs, and benefits design
• Experience from both white-collar and blue-collar environments
• International matrix experience and fluency in English
• Strong Excel and data skills
