About this Opportunity:
We are now looking for a driven and technology savvy marketer to work with product marketing globally, within the Product Marketing team for Ericsson’s industry-leading Radio Access Networks (RAN) portfolio. This role will focus on our Radio portfolio and its contribution towards “high-performing networks” that enables programmability and beyond. The position reports to Head of Product Marketing in Networks Marketing & Communications. Working with the Product Marketing team, the role will drive the execution of the Networks’ Radio portfolio marketing plans, including value argumentation, Mobile World Congress demos, and contribution to the strategic marketing plan and campaign plan for the Radio product line.
The position is intended to cover a nine-month paternity leave from January 2026 through September 2026, with potential for extension or transition to a full-time role.
What you will do
* Hold responsibility for all Radio portfolio product marketing activities including liaison with Product Management, MA marketing and domain leads, Group Function M&C, and media and analyst relations
* Drive launches, announcements, and thought leadership for the portfolio area, to fulfill the marketing objectives outlined in the marketing plans
* Create Ericsson competitive and unique positioning messages for the Radio portfolio
* Contribute to the larger “High performing networks” marketing and campaign plan, working with the borader BNEW marketing team to drive collateral and related messages
* Create value argumentation and supporting proof points
* Identify and drive customer success stories and reference cases
* Develop commercial presentations for sales engagements
* Write search engine optimized content for own solutions on ericsson.com such as webpages and blogs
* Act as subject matter expert and business builder at physical and virtual events
* Develop demos to show at events including Mobile World Congress 2026
Skills you bring
* University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent training/experience
* 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
* Marketing experience, successfully driving portfolio positioning
* Experience working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
* Worked in a geographically distributed team
