What you'll do here as a Test Engineer? As a Test Engineer in BVP Test, you'll work within a team helping Axis develop new camera and radar products, closely collaborating with development projects. Main responsibilities include: * Executing scripted test cases, exploratory testing, and semi-automated scripts and systems * Monitoring and troubleshooting various test systems * Problem-solving and defect reporting * Developing test cases, methods, processes, and test environments * Automating both existing and new test cases * Test planning and management Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone who is passionate about testing and quality and ready to take the next step in their career. You're communicative, organized, and enjoy working both in dedicated test teams and closely with development projects. You have strong social skills, are open to change, and the role offers a lot of freedom and independence, so you'll need to be proactive and self-driven. You have an engineering degree or equivalent and can see the big picture in both systems and test strategies. We would love to see the following qualifications: * Knowledge in network administration and TCP/IP * Network video experience (e.g., MPEG4, H.264, H.265) * A strong interest in testing and test development * Experience in developing scripts and test environments, preferably in Python, GO, or C# What Axis has to offer We are a world leader in network video, where cutting-edge technology meets global impact.
