Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Specialist – Data Privacy to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Perform and document data privacy compliance assessments, including RoPA population, LIA, DPIA, DTRA and, where applicable, DPA.
• Contribute to the Data Privacy function’s daily operations, ensuring efficient execution of compliance activities and adherence to established processes.
• Coordinate and manage the privacy-related backlog according to end-to-end planning and prioritisation needs.
• Support compliance monitoring by identifying gaps, evaluating risks and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting and communication of assessment results and compliance status to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on privacy requirements and contribute to Security by Design practices.
• Work according to workplace principles with regular on-site presence in Gothenburg.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in data privacy, compliance or information security roles.
• Strong hands-on experience conducting and documenting RoPA, LIA, DPIA, DTRA and data privacy assessments.
• Solid understanding of compliance monitoring, privacy frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal onboarding and take full ownership of deliverables.
• Experience with Security by Design and data protection best practices.
• Highly structured, detail-oriented and skilled in clear reporting and documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
