Assignment Overview
We are looking for a Health Care Compliance Specialist
What you will work on
- Supporting the HCC team with training initiatives and regular communications on healthcare compliance for employees across departments such as sales, marketing, finance, HR, supply chain, and management
- Executing HCC Testing and Monitoring plans and assisting with the implementation of local compliance monitoring programs
- Reviewing local business requests and supporting HCC review and approval processes
- Supporting the harmonization and implementation of new compliance procedures and policies
- Assisting the HCC Officer in self-assessments and risk assessment activities to identify gaps and inconsistencies
- Coordinating preparations for corporate internal audits and supporting audit-related activities
- Assisting in the implementation and follow-up of Management Action Plans (MAP)
- Reporting deviations and supporting investigations, inquiries, and compliance-related issues
- Implementing systems for collecting, auditing, analyzing, and reporting compliance-related metrics and information
- Collaborating with legal departments and external advisors on compliance matters
- Providing support for HCC-related software systems
- Leading or participating in HCC projects and cross-sector or regional compliance initiatives
- Ensuring internal and external compliance reporting requirements are met according to applicable regulations
What you bring
- Minimum 6+ years of business experience, preferably in compliance-related roles
- Educational background such as BA/BS or an advanced degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in healthcare compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, auditing, or related fields
- Industry experience within pharmaceutical or medical device sectors is preferred
- Strong experience with internal audits, quality assurance, and risk assessment processes
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks and governance controls
- Experience managing compliance projects and supporting cross-functional initiatives
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage complex or ambiguous situations
- Experience collaborating with departments such as sales, marketing, HR, supply chain, or medical affairs
- Experience collecting compliance metrics, reporting data, and supporting compliance software systems
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Fluency in English and Swedish
