Overall Mission and Strategic Leadership
The Country Manager holds full responsibility for BYD's operations and performance in the Swedish market. The primary mission is to drive market penetration, achieve sales targets, and establish BYD as a leading brand in new energy vehicles within the region, aligning with the company's core purpose of building a zero-emission future.
Job Descriptions:
1. Strategic Planning and Business Development: Developing and executing the comprehensive country business plan, including sales, marketing, and network development strategies to achieve market share growth and sales targets.
2. P& L and Budget Management: Overseeing the country's budget, including marketing expenditures and resource allocation, to ensure profitable growth.
3. Team Leadership and Development: Leading, managing, and developing the local national sales company (NSC) team, which typically includes heads of sales, key account managers, marketing specialists, and aftersales support.
4. Dealer Network and Key Account Management: Guiding the team in building, maintaining, and managing strong relationships with dealers, key fleet accounts, and other strategic partners to ensure long-term cooperation and business growth.
