• 12 to 15 years’ experience in Identity & Access Management domain.

• Have executed minimum 5 mid to large scale IAM projects including End to End to Identity Management / Identity Governance implementation.

• Mature understanding of Saviynt Architecture, capabilities, limitation & customization.

• should have experience of cross product migrations including data migration planning and execution.

• In-depth knowledge on user life cycle management process including Joiner, Mover Leaver & Access Certification process.

• Experience Access Management including Authentication, Conditional Access Policies, Multi Factor Authentication, design access controls & Federation.

• Experience in designing Identity & Access Management Architecture and draft design documents.

• Good communication & documentation skills.

Saviynt Developer.

• 8 years’ experience in Identity & Access Management domain.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in development/Implementation of Saviynt IGA tool

• Should have excellent knowledge of JAVA /J2EE, JavaScript and other scripting languages and XML

• Mature understanding of Saviynt functionalities, capabilities, customization, integrations & limitations.

• Strong Java debugging skills

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of LDAP concepts and working experience with at least few of the LDAPs.

• Extensive Experience in development/support of workflows, forms and other Saviynt component

• Customer Facing Exposure is a must

Job Description – Saviynt IGA Specialist

Profile Summary

We are seeking an experienced Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Specialist with a strong technical background and proven expertise in implementing and supporting Saviynt solutions for medium to large-scale enterprises across diverse industry verticals. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, excellent coding skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, Implement, and Support Saviynt IGA solutions for enterprise customers.

• Develop and customize workflows, forms, and connectors within Saviynt.

• Perform Access Reviews, Certifications, and Role Management in compliance with organizational policies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with LDAP directories, application servers, and enterprise systems.

• Provide Level 3 support for critical incidents and resolve technical challenges promptly.

• Engage with global stakeholders and deliver customer-facing solutions with clear communication and professionalism.

Required Technical Skills

• Experience:

o Minimum 8 years in development and implementation of IAM solutions.

o At least 2 years of hands-on Level 3 implementation experience with Saviynt IGA.

• Programming Expertise:

o Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, XML, and scripting languages.

o Advanced Java debugging and troubleshooting skills.

• Saviynt Knowledge:

o Extensive experience in Access Reviews, Certifications, and workflow development.

o Familiarity with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) processes, and provisioning.

• Infrastructure & Integration:

o Solid understanding of LDAP concepts and experience with multiple LDAP directories.

o Hands-on experience with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere).

• Soft Skills:

o Excellent oral and written communication skills.

o Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively in a global team environment.
