🚀 Join Multiply Teknik & IT and play a key role in delivering complex, enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives built on Pega and modern, integration-driven platforms.

We are seeking experienced Pega professionals — including Certified Senior System Architects (CSSA), Lead System Architects (LSA), and other senior Pega specialists — who want to work hands-on while also contributing to architecture, delivery leadership, and long-term platform evolution.

This role sits at the intersection of system development, business architecture, and intelligent process automation, in environments where clarity, traceability, and scalability are essential.

What We’re Looking For

Pega Engineering & Architecture

• Hands-on experience designing, building, and delivering Pega solutions in enterprise environments
• 
  
• Strong understanding of Pega application, system, and solution architecture
• 
  
• Experience with Pega frameworks, complex integrations, and performance optimisation
• 
  
• CSSA, LSA, or equivalent senior-level Pega experience is highly valued

Business Architecture & Delivery

• Ability to analyse business capabilities and processes and translate them into scalable Pega solutions
• 
  
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams
• 
  
• Comfortable operating in large, multi-team transformation programmes

Integration & Engineering Skills

• Strong Java development expertise (required)
• 
  
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and enterprise integration patterns
• 
  
• Hands-on experience with test automation and quality-driven delivery
• 
  
• Python development experience is a plus
