Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead Agile ceremonies and foster a high-performing team environment while also contributing as a hands-on developer in a mixed Scrum Master/developer role
• Collaborate closely with the product owner and architects to prioritize and refine the development backlog, ensuring clarity of goals, priorities, and timelines
• Remove impediments, coach team members in Agile practices, and drive continuous improvement through workshops and team development activities
• Migrate existing Simulink-based code to TargetLink while ensuring functional parity, quality, and traceability
• Translate, update, and extend unit tests to ensure full coverage and robust verification
• Develop an RTE wrapper in C99 to decouple core application logic from AUTOSAR dependencies
• Perform integration and verification in unit, SIL, and HIL environments
• Script supporting workflows and tools using Python to enhance efficiency and automation
• Document development activities, contribute to knowledge sharing, and deliver regular demos to stakeholders
• Work as a T-shaped team member, contributing broadly across engineering tasks while deepening expertise in assigned areas

What you bring:

• Experience working as a Scrum Master with strong skills in backlog refinement, Agile coaching, and facilitating ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions
• Ability to engage, motivate, and align team members, creating strong collaboration and clear communication
• Comfort representing the team in discussions with managers and project stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project priorities and timelines
• Deep technical experience with AUTOSAR RTE and embedded systems development
• Strong proficiency in Matlab, Simulink, and TargetLink for model-based development and code generation
• Excellent C programming skills for embedded systems and experience writing robust, maintainable code
• Experience with Python (3.x) for automation, scripting, and tool support
• Strong background in writing and executing test cases for unit, SIL, and HIL testing environments
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a T-shaped mindset, enabling contributions across multiple technical domains
