Assignment Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Leader
What You Will Work On
- Lead and coordinate a Nordic program consisting of three main streams (e.g., Technology, Process, and HR), each with dedicated project managers.
- Ensure delivery according to defined objectives, timeline, budget, and quality requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong program governance structures, including reporting, risk management, and financial follow-up.
- Coordinate collaboration between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
- Ensure alignment between business, HR, IT, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage dependencies between sub-projects to secure a cohesive and synchronized delivery.
- Support change management and communication efforts linked to the implementation.
- Report progress, risks, and decisions to the steering committee and senior management.
What You Bring
- Documented experience (minimum 3–5 years) leading large-scale programs in complex organizations.
- Experience managing Nordic or international rollouts.
- Experience implementing HCM systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong experience working with external implementation partners.
- Experience leading multiple parallel projects with underlying project managers.
- Strong expertise in program governance, risk management, and financial control.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
