Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Factory Relocation & Production Transition to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and coordinate the entire factory relocation from initial planning to successful implementation.
• Ensure that all cleanliness requirements and GMP standards are fully met throughout the transition.
• Optimise production layout and operational flows in the new facility, securing efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, logistics and external suppliers to ensure a smooth and controlled move.
• Drive decision-making, manage risks and act proactively in a complex and changing environment.
• Provide structured leadership and maintain clear communication across all involved stakeholders.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in project management within production environments or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, cleanliness requirements and regulated production settings.
• Ability to lead change, make decisions confidently and maintain structure under shifting conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams and suppliers.
• Experience with manual assembly and smaller-scale production environments is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
