Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Digital Services & Channels Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital channels strategy aligned with overall business objectives
- Identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and enhancements that elevate the digital customer experience
- Oversee the development, performance, and continuous optimization of the customer portal and other digital channels
- Implement initiatives that increase customer engagement, satisfaction, adoption, and usage of digital services
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to improve user experience through insights, prototypes, and customer feedback
- Conduct user research and feedback sessions to identify pain points and implement improvement actions
- Utilize analytics tools to track behavior, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insights for channel optimisation
- Drive data-driven decision making to enhance customer value, service performance, and revenue growth
- Work cross-functionally with business development, sales, and technology teams to support digital service strategy
- Ensure digital platforms deliver a seamless, intuitive, and value-adding experience for customers
- Contribute to continuous improvements that strengthen the commercial impact of digital services
- Represent the digital channels function as a trusted advisor with strong business acumen and credibility
What you bring:
- Minimum 12 years of experience, preferably within digital services, business development, or digital channel management
- Strong strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to translate business goals into digital outcomes
- Proven track record in leveraging data and analytics to develop value-adding digital services
- Experience with service sales, software-based business models, and customer-centric digital solutions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities across diverse teams
- Ability to lead with integrity, build trust, and work in flexible team constellations
- Strong customer focus with a holistic approach to digital engagement and service adoption
- Passion for technology, digital innovation, and enabling customer value through digital platforms
- Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
