We are seeking a motivated Trainee / Junior Product Quality Engineer to join our Counter Balanced (CB) Product Line. This role offers an exceptional hands-on learning opportunity within a global engineering and quality organization, working closely with Product Quality, Supplier Quality, Product Support, Production, and R&D.
You will support quality analytics, supplier reclaiming, warranty data interpretation, field issue investigation, and improvements across the product lifecycle from component quality to machine-level performance in the field.
This role is ideal for students or early career professionals with a strong interest in engineering, quality assurance, product development, and data-driven improvement.
