Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Advisory Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and manage complex, non-technical and non-IT projects across purchasing, logistics, HR, finance, and other business domains
- Organize cross-functional project teams, assign responsibilities, and secure required resources
- Develop comprehensive project plans including goals, strategy, staffing, timelines, risk identification, and contingency actions
- Monitor project progress and provide structured reporting on cost, timing, staffing, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards and governance requirements
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve obstacles to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
- Manage changes in scope, schedule, and resources through structured change-control processes
- Coordinate and integrate vendor activities, track deliverables, and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Oversee multiple interrelated projects, including business transformation initiatives
- Coach and support project teams in applying project management best practices
- Drive end-to-end delivery of large and complex projects with medium to high business impact
- Engage with senior stakeholders and prepare documentation for CFO pre-approval when required
What you bring:
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in general project management within business functions
- Strong capability in leading high-complexity projects independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated experience managing cost, scope, timeline, and quality across large-scale initiatives
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach project teams and junior project managers
- Strong analytical skills for addressing difficult and complex project challenges
- Experience coordinating vendor activities and reviewing external deliverables
- Solid understanding of risk management, change control, and structured reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including senior leadership interaction
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA, Prince2) is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a structured, quality-driven environment with focus on delivery and business impact
