We’re now looking for a UX Designer to join the Global Learning Solutions team within our client’s Learning Technology Digital Product Area.

As a UX Designer, you’ll shape seamless and impactful experiences across the entire learning ecosystem—supporting everyone from content creators and administrators to global learners. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the design and usability of digital tools that drive co-worker development across a large, international organization.

Working alongside cross-functional teams, you’ll combine creativity with structure to deliver meaningful, scalable solutions for one of the world’s most recognizable brands.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive, scalable tools that support learners, content creators, and administrators throughout the learning journey.
• Lead user-centered design processes—conduct research, identify user pain points, and craft solutions that elevate learning outcomes and engagement.
• Fast-cycle iteration: Test concepts, gather feedback, and refine your designs to meet evolving user needs.
• Simplify complex systems: Translate intricate organizational structures and learning workflows into clear, seamless user experiences.
• Drive innovation: Bring the latest in learning technology—AI, adaptive learning, experiential learning, and more—into future-proof digital solutions.

Scope of employment: Full-time, 100% Type of contract: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters. Working model: Hybrid, needs to be onsite 3 days/week. Start date: Beginning of January. End date: 2026-12-31, with the possibility of extension In your application: Please submit your CV along with a portfolio demonstrating hands-on UX design experience, ideally including tools that support retail operations or co-worker enablement. Applications without portfolios cannot be considered!

• You bring 5+ years of UX design experience and a strong command of user-centered design principles.
• You have passion for learning, education, or digital development platforms.
• You’re skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and working with design systems, using tools such as Figma, Framer, and Miro.
• Meritorious: Experience designing learning, education, or employee-enablement platforms.
