At Epiminds, we’re building a self-learning marketing team of 20+ autonomous agents working across data, creative, strategy, and execution — all led by Lucy, a super-agent who collaborates with human marketers like a real teammate: reaching out, listening, emailing, and even calling.

Today, 17 agencies and 270 brands leverage our product to save 60 % of their time. We just raised a $6m round from Lightspeed to meet high demand from our users. Lightspeed has also invested in Anthropic, xAI, Mistral, and other decacorns.

What you'll do

As Founders Associate, you’ll be plugged into every part of the company. You’ll work directly with the founders on high-leverage projects — from fundraising and growth to product and operations.

Your work will change every week. Some days you’ll be running ops, setting up investor calls, writing content, or building pitch decks. Others you’ll be structuring feedback from our pilot agencies or helping scale internal systems. You’ll be a multiplier across everything we do.

You might be a fit if:

• You're deeply curious and insanely resourceful
• You're comfortable switching contexts and solving unknown problems
• You move fast and communicate clearly
• You’ve built something (a startup, side project, newsletter, community, etc.)
• You want to start your own company someday

Nice-to-haves:

• Background in tech, startups, marketing, or AI
• Experience supporting a founder or senior leader
• Stockholm-based or open to relocation
