Job description

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Do you have production experience and the ambition to try out leadership? This role offers the best of both worlds — working hands-on in production while also gaining valuable experience as a team leader.

As a Production Team Leader, you will work in production supporting our ongoing operations, and during the weekends, take on the responsibility of leading our group of student part-time operators.

In this role, you will ensure a smooth production flow, guide and motivate the students in their daily tasks, and act as the key link between them and the broader production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked for a few years in manufacturing and now wants to develop their leadership skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute actively to production tasks.
• Lead, coach, and support the student operators during weekend shifts.
• Secure smooth handovers and communication between shifts.
• Ensure that quality and safety standards are met.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a smooth workflow.

This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. The scheduled weekend hours are fixed:

• Saturday 08.00-14.00
• Sunday 09: 00-17:30

The remaining hours will be scheduled on weekdays or evenings. We are open to agreeing on the distribution of these additional hours together with the selected candidate.

Your profile

We believe this role is perfect for someone who has worked for a few years in production and is eager to take on more responsibility.

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing.
• An interest in leadership and developing others — no formal leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable.
• Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus).
