Description: We are now looking for a sub-consultant who can take on the role of System Developer (.NET/React).

SCB's IT department needs consulting support in the form of an experienced and driven system developer with a strong interest in technology and the ability to develop qualified solutions in response to various needs and problems. The consultant we are looking for should also have an interest in and ability to contribute to the development of other team members' skills, both by taking some responsibility in the "onboarding" of less experienced team members and by actively contributing to the dissemination of knowledge within the team. The team works agilely according to Kanban.

The consultant shall:

• Express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.
• Meet competency level 3
• Have at least three years of work experience in the last five years from the last date of tender in the following competencies:
• MS Visual Studio
• Development in SQL server
• Development in C#.NET
• The React JavaScript framework
• Web API/Rest API
• Knowledge of Big-IP and its function
• Docker
• Version control (GIT)
• Azure DevOps
• Scrum/Agile methods
• Test-driven development (TDD)

Consultant should:

• At least three years of work experience within the last five years from the last date of tender in the following competencies:
• Development in Akka.Net
• RabbitMQ
• Elastic Search
• Kibana
• Develop solutions for electronic identification (federated login and the SAML 2.0 protocol)

location: Partly Remote/Örebro (on site in Örebro 2 days/week or when business requires it.)

Duration of the assignment: 2026-01-01 through 2027-12-31 ( with the possibility of extension until 2029-12-31)
