Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Epic Owner to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and drive a major initiative focused on migrating existing file flows to a new system support
• Coordinate and align work across multiple teams and areas to ensure clarity in priorities and smooth execution
• Collaborate closely with product management, technical specialists, and impacted teams to secure progress and resolve dependencies
• Remove obstacles, enable decision-making, and ensure delivery momentum throughout the initiative
• Handle technical discussions and translate complex issues into clear actions and decisions
• Apply agile principles to plan, structure, and manage work efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and predictable delivery outcomes

What you bring:

• Senior experience as an Epic Owner, IT Project Manager, or in a similar leadership role
• Strong background in agile ways of working, preferably within SAFe
• Experience working in complex technical environments, ideally within banking or finance
• A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate obstacles and drive progress
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in both English and Swedish
