Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead and coordinate implementation of Contact Center solutions (local and international)
- Manage the full delivery lifecycle: requirements, analysis, implementation, testing, and validation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and technical requirements
- Drive delivery execution and ensure high quality and timely outcomes
- Manage and follow up on vendors and external partners
- Support continuous improvement and development of telephony and Contact Center services
- Operate within a regulated environment with strong focus on compliance and quality
What You Bring
- Extensive experience in Contact Center solutions (preferably Puzzel)
- Strong experience in telephony solutions (fixed and mobile)
- Good understanding of applications and infrastructure within telephony
- Knowledge of both traditional and cloud-based telephony solutions
- Experience working with Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of IT security and information security
- Experience in managing technical projects and service deliveries
- Experience working in agile environments
- Experience from banking or financial sector
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical, structured, and proactive approach
- Ability to manage stakeholders and drive initiatives forward
