Professional Galaxy is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale manufacturing investment and industrialization projects for a global industrial organization. This is a key role where you will take full responsibility for driving projects through all phases — from pre-study and RFQ to procurement, FAT/SAT, process validation, and handover to the production line organization.

The role requires strong leadership, structure, and the ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration.

You will join during a crucial phase to establish and launch a new investment project, ensuring alignment between technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.

Please note that this position is intended for candidates who share a mutual ambition to transition into permanent employment after an initial contracting period!

Key responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing investment and industrialization projects through all stages of execution
• Manage project planning, budgeting, risk, and resource allocation
• Coordinate and align with engineering, production, procurement, and quality teams
• Drive supplier selection, contract setup, and commercial negotiations
• Oversee FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and process validation activities
• Ensure smooth project handover to the production line organization

Qualifications and experience:

• Proven experience managing manufacturing or industrialization projects, preferably related to high-precision CNC machinery, milling, turning, or drilling
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of commercial project management (supplier management, contract setup, negotiations)
• Experience working with SAP or equivalent ERP systems is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget
