Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Industrialization Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and manage complex industrialization projects within manufacturing and production environments, ensuring delivery of major business-critical outcomes
- Develop and implement operational plans covering design, production, installation, testing, and commissioning of new infrastructure, equipment, or facilities
- Prepare and maintain project controls, designs, specifications, schedules, budgets, and cost estimates to ensure delivery within defined scope and timelines
- Monitor progress and performance against project plans, proactively addressing operational challenges and minimizing potential delays
- Identify, develop, and secure necessary resources—including materials, equipment, and external contractors—to achieve project objectives
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, industrialization processes, and quality requirements
- Collaborate across teams and departments to align project deliverables with broader organizational goals and production strategies
- Support and coach teams on project management best practices and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Oversee risk management, change control, and reporting, ensuring transparency and effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
What you bring:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in industrialization or manufacturing project management
- Proven expertise in leading complex engineering or production-focused projects from concept to completion
- Strong understanding of industrialization processes, manufacturing systems, and engineering project lifecycles
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills for managing complex and technical challenges
- Experience preparing and reviewing engineering designs, specifications, and project standards
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across functions and levels
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) is highly meritorious
- Ability to coach, mentor, and delegate work to other professionals, ensuring team capability and project success
