Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Collaborate with an agile team responsible for the development and maintenance of the company’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements to support the transition to a modern system environment.
• Work closely with process owners, developers, and designers to develop and enhance methods for product data management, lifecycle and version control, and change processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and business workflows.
• Ensure requirements are well-documented, validated, and aligned with business goals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement to ensure effective prioritization and delivery.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Business.
• Experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably in an agile development environment.
• Familiarity with product development processes and PLM/CAD systems, ideally 3DEXPERIENCE from Dassault Systèmes.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Meriting experience with CATIA V5 or similar design tools, and 3DX modules such as Technical Documentation or Mechanical Design.
