At Rillion, we firmly believe that AI will disrupt the way we do business, but in what way is still not defined. This role is a chance to be part of exploring and defining something entirely new - with an immense impact on our day-to-day work.

What you’ll do

As our AI Initiative Engineer you’ll be part of our AI core team at Rillion and work hands-on with identifying, building and testing AI-powered solutions together with colleagues from across Rillion. As the first engineering hire on the business side of the organization you will be part of redefining how we do work in the organization. You will collaborate with all internal teams at Rillion, re-defining how we go to market, how we interact with and support our customers, and collaborate internally - all through the lens of AI. You will also collaborate closely with our existing AI teams in Product & Engineering to share knowledge, best practices and build on already existing technology.

You’ll spend your time:

• Building, testing and implementing solutions with modern AI frameworks

• Participating our leading projects and workshops related to our AI initiatives

• Trying out and integrating existing AI tools such as Copilot or ASR/STT systems

• Exploring workflow automation tools such as n8n or LangGraph

• Supporting other teams in applying AI in their daily work

• Sharing learnings and helping build good ways of working with AI internally

Who we’re looking for

We believe you might be recently graduated or have a few years of experience and want to grow in a role where you can experiment, learn and make a real impact.

You’re comfortable sharing your ideas with others, collaborating with different teams and taking the lead in discussions or workshops. It’s essential that you have a strong technical interest and curiosity about AI and how it can be applied in a business context. We’re looking for someone who has already experimented with AI on their own: during studies, side projects or in previous roles and wants to continue developing that knowledge in a professional environment.

It’s a big plus if you have worked in a SaaS, tech or consulting environment before.

We think you have

• A university degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning or another relevant field

• Experience working with Python

• Experience with LLMs, vector databases or workflow automation

• Integrated AI tools such as Copilot or ASR/STT systems
