Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Support the manufacturing engineering team with production preparation and quality assurance of electrical assemblies
• Inspect and verify electrical assemblies to ensure they meet design intent, functional requirements, and high-quality workmanship standards
• Review and interpret electrical schematics to guide assembly and troubleshooting activities
• Assess the routing, marking, and overall assembly of internal wiring to ensure a professional and compliant build
• Collaborate with design and production teams to identify and resolve issues that affect manufacturability and production flow
• Contribute to improving assembly processes and ensuring smooth, high-quality production operations

What you bring:

• Hands-on experience in crimping cables and assembling electrical connectors with attention to quality and precision
• Ability to identify and distinguish between well-made and poorly executed connectors and assemblies
• Strong understanding of basic electrical components, including fuses, cables, connectors, and associated tools
• Ability to read and interpret simple electrical diagrams accurately
• Practical experience in inspecting and evaluating electrical assemblies for both compliance and workmanship
• Problem-solving mindset with an understanding of design-to-production workflows and continuous improvement in manufacturing environments
