We are looking for testers who can work in a multi‑cultural, multi‑vendor environment, involving suppliers and partners from several countries, and requires close coordination across time zones, markets, and internal teams.

You will be working remotely with team members spread across Europe.

Consultants joining will work in:

• A multi‑cultural setup with suppliers, partners, and colleagues from several countries

• A multi‑market delivery model, where solutions are reused and adapted across countries

• A governance model designed to manage multi‑market complexity through clear roles, standardized processes, and coordinated execution

• A fast‑paced environment where time‑to‑market and clear communication are critical

Tasks and responsibilities

This request relates to the Test Lead responsible for planning, coordinating and executing all testing required for a single market rollout.

Responsibilities include:

• Your will work with Test Automation but will also from time to time be executing hands‑on testing across functional tests, integration tests, regression, and end‑to‑end flows.

• Preparing test cases, test scenarios and test data required to validate product behaviour across multiple systems and integrations.

• Executing country‑specific test cases, including regulatory requirements and payment flows where relevant.

• Validating product parameters and business rules established by the Offering Product Manager.

• Ensuring test alignment with to‑be processes, SOPs and operational behaviour defined by the Business Team Lead.

• Logging defects, supporting root‑cause analysis, following up on fixes and coordinating cross‑team dependencies.

• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing cases, guiding business testers, and validating results.

• Providing clear status reporting on progress, defects, risks and test evidence to the market's Project Manager and program Test Lead.

Competence

The following competences will be needed:

• Test Automation Experience

• Experience from the Banking industry

• Strong testing skills in functional, integration, and end‑to‑end scenarios across multi‑system landscapes.
