Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Optimize electric motor designs for production efficiency and quality assurance.
• Define construction methods, manufacturing approaches, and design requirements for series production.
• Collaborate closely with design, production, and quality teams to align product performance with manufacturability.
• Support continuous improvement of design-for-manufacturing (DFM) processes and methods.
• Provide technical expertise in segment lining, rotating components, and permanent magnet assemblies.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in electric motor design and manufacturing.
• Solid background in Permanent Magnet (PM) motor technology; experience with IF5 motors is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles and their application.
• Hands-on experience with segment lining and rotating components containing permanent magnets.
• Ability to translate complex design requirements into practical, efficient production processes.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
