Position: Consultant, speaking one of the following languages: French, Italian, German, Slovak, Danish, Swedish, Czech, or Dutch

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and screen suitable candidates for open and live positions
  • Develop and expand on personal client portfolio
  • Prepare the candidate CVs for submission to clients
  • Arrange interviews for senior consultants
  • Contact potential clients via phone or email
  • Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in one of the following languages, French, Italian, German, Slovak, Danish, Swedish, Czech, or Dutch (C1), both oral and written. Fluent in English (B2)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in agency recruitment, with a proven track record of achieving at least $100K in annual billings
  • Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered as an advantage
  • Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
  • Customer oriented with ability to build and nurture the relation
  • An ability of work within tight timescales and to the deadline
  • “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office package
  • Ability to travel in line with the business needs
  • Thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • No previous recruitment experiences
  • Eligible to live & work in Czech Republic
