Position:
Consultant, speaking one of the following languages: French, Italian, German, Slovak, Danish, Swedish, Czech, or Dutch

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and screen suitable candidates for open and live positions
- Develop and expand on personal client portfolio
- Prepare the candidate CVs for submission to clients
- Arrange interviews for senior consultants
- Contact potential clients via phone or email
- Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in one of the following languages, French, Italian, German, Slovak, Danish, Swedish, Czech, or Dutch (C1), both oral and written.
Fluent in English (B2)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in agency recruitment, with a proven track record of achieving at least $100K in annual billings
- Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered as an advantage
- Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate
- Customer oriented with ability to build and nurture the relation
- An ability of work within tight timescales and to the deadline
- “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office package
- Ability to travel in line with the business needs
- Thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- No previous recruitment experiences
- Eligible to live & work in Czech Republic
