Job Description:

The Swedish eHealth Agency (eHälsomyndigheten) is expanding and seeking up to four experienced consultants to join their teams as System Developers with Team Coach responsibilities. In this dual-role position, you will lead agile development teams while actively contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of innovative digital health services.

You will play a critical role in test-driven development and test automation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that support Sweden’s healthcare system. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about both leadership and hands-on software development within a forward-thinking government agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as a Team Coach within a team
• Analysing requirements and developing solution proposals
• Developing new services, further developing, and maintaining existing services/functionality
• Documentation
• Working with test-driven development and test automation as a natural part of your role as a system developer

Requirements:

• Have worked as a Team Coach and/or Scrum Master for a development team for at least two years in combination with the role of system developer.
• Have at least one year of experience as a back-end system developer using the following technologies:
• Java
• Jakarta EE
• JPA/Hibernate
• Have at least one year of experience as a front-end system developer using, for example, Vue, React, or Angular.
• Have at least one year of experience as a system developer working with container-based technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Have at least two years of experience working with test-driven development and test automation as a natural part of their role as a system developer.
• Have a relevant university degree or equivalent acquired knowledge.
• Have good proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Meritorious

• At least two years of experience working as a Team Coach or equivalent within the SAFe agile framework.
• At least five years of experience working as a full-stack system developer.
• At least one year of experience working with REST-based services. The work experience should have been gained within the last three years.
• Experience in development in a Linux environment.
• Experience in requirements analysis and breaking down requirements and creating solutions/solution proposals/prototypes in dialogue with stakeholders.
• Experience with the development tool IntelliJ.
• Experience working with open-source software.
