About the Role:

QS Performance AB specializes in field sales and business development. We are now looking for a Tagalog-speaking Cultural Backoffice Assistant & Sales Coach with international experience, especially within the Philippine market and broader Asian contexts, to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and provide clear insights into sales methods and customer behaviors specific to the Philippines and other Asian markets.
• Adapt sales strategies and communications based on cultural insights and nuances.
• Support our sales team through practical training focused on effective multicultural customer interactions.
• Manage backoffice tasks, including reporting, documentation, and internal analyses related to international sales.
• Assist in developing effective strategies for engaging multicultural customers in Sweden and internationally.
