Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Create and deliver interaction designs and user interfaces based on user needs and business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders (both local and remote) to ensure design implementation aligns with product goals.
• Work with and contribute to large-scale Design Systems.
• Translate user insights and data into tangible interfaces.
• Ensure high-quality design outcomes following pixel-perfect design principles.
• Participate in Agile processes, preferably within the SAFe framework.
• Manage tasks independently with a structured, result-oriented approach.

What you bring:

• 4-6 years of experience as a UX Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Strong understanding of Design System construction and usage.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently solve interaction design tasks based on user needs and behaviors.
