What it means to be a Senior AI Engineer Consultant at Redeploy InsightAs a Senior AI Engineer with us, you will play an important role in driving our journey to develop the next generation of technical solutions, with a strong focus on AI implementation. In this role you will take part in client implementation projects, be part of the entire development chain - from idea to deployment of AI Solutions as well as helping and guiding our enterprise clients to become more data and AI driven. Some of your tasks will include:
- Developing and operationalizing AI solutions, such as RAGs (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI agents, ensuring they deliver real value.
- Contributing to AI-core, our strategic initiative to help enterprises build platforms that simplify the adoption of AI use cases. Learn more here.
- Shaping the architecture, tools, and design of our proprietary AI platform, enabling seamless integration with modern data platforms.
- Building scalable products and services, leveraging your experience in software development, and expanding across the stack as needed.
- Identifying business problems, translating them into solutions, and ensuring their effective implementation and business value.
Who are you?
We’re looking for someone who pairs technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills, as this role involves working closely with both clients and colleagues. Fluency in both Swedish and English, as well as clear communication and presentation skills are essential to translate complex ideas into actionable solutions for diverse audiences. Self-leadership, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset will help you thrive in our fast-paced consulting environment, where client needs and priorities evolve. Collaboration is equally important - you’ll be part of a team that values shared success and leverages each member’s strengths to deliver impactful results. Your eagerness to learn ensures you stay ahead in the ever-changing AI landscape, driving innovation and value for our clients.What experiences do you bring?
- A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and performant AI/ML systems or products.
- Strong software development skills and proficiency in one or more programming languages, e.g., Python, Go, TypeScript
- Experience in designing and implementing API services or Web applications.
- Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines for DevOps, MLOps or DataOps purposes
And if you come with below experiences, we see it as a great advantage
- Understanding of RAG architecture and/or AI Agent architecture
- Experience of training or fine-tuning LLMs.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and practical experience of machine learning model development.
- Understanding of Lakehouse, SQL Database and/or Graph Database
- Familiar with Azure, Kubernetes and Databricks
- Experience in technical consulting projects
