We are looking for Senior SAFe Scrum Master for a global company in Stockholm Sweden.

Job Description:

An experienced SAFe Scrum Master is being sought to join xBTM. The role involves facilitating Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) ceremonies, coaching teams, and removing impediments to ensure smooth Agile development. The position requires collaboration with Product Owners, fostering a culture of improvement, and aligning teams with organizational goals.

Description of knowledge and experience:

• SAFe certification mandatory, other Scrum Master certification will be nice to have
• Scrum Master experience, and a strong SAFe understanding is required.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are crucial.
• Adapt to change, use Agile tools like JIRA, and commit to continuous learning.
• Experience relevant to Senior.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Stockholm. Start is in March 2025, 5 month's limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
