Your responsibilities include:
Serving as the link between customers and accommodation partners, providing clear and helpful assistance.
Handling bookings, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring that customers' travel plans are always up to date.
Communicating with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Ensuring a positive customer experience by offering timely solutions and thoughtful advice.

What you’ll receive:
€22,244 gross annual salary for 39 hours/week
Paid training for 2-4 weeks

Requirements:
Native Norwegian and fluent in English
Minimum 12-month availability
