As a customer service representative based in Greece, you will work remotely while handling customer queries via email, phone, and social media. With your passion for helping others, you’ll resolve issues efficiently and provide excellent service every time.
Role Overview:
In your role, you will be assisting customers in Norwegian by answering inquiries and providing solutions for any technical or service-related issues. Even though you're working from home, you’ll be connected with your international team, and communication with colleagues will be in English. The company will ensure you have all the tools you need, including equipment like laptops and headsets.
If you're already living in Greece, you can begin your training immediately. If not, don’t worry—our client offers a relocation package that ensures a smooth transition.
Comprehensive Relocation Assistance:
When you join, the company will book and pay for your flight to Greece. Upon arrival, you will receive two weeks of free accommodation at a hotel while you search for permanent housing. You’ll also be supported by the company’s HR team, who will help with practical matters like setting up a bank account, obtaining health insurance, and dealing with taxes. A real estate agent will also assist in finding your new home!

What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in Norwegian (both written and spoken).
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Able to work with varying shifts.
Available for at least 6 months.
Strong technical skills and comfort with using computers.
Must have completed secondary school education.
Minimum age: 18 years old.
Norwegian, Swiss, or EU passport/ID required.
