About Us
Our department is a central part of Scania P&L, Production & Logistics, responsible for leading, coordinating, and training in process and method development within the Product Development Process (ONE PDP). We work closely with several departments within Scania and TRATON to ensure a high level of knowledge and experience within the Product Development Process.
Tasks
• Lead the development and maintenance of common methods related to the PD process within both Scania P&L and TRATON.
• Educate employees to maintain a high level of PDP knowledge and experience within Scania P&L to create conditions for efficient production regarding safety, ergonomics, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Represent product introductions, chassis, and cab in the development and training of ONE PDP.
• Represent P&L in the forums we are active in.
Your Profile

As a person you are curious, driven, well-structured, can manage parallel assignments, and have good communication skills. Your interest in leadership and people is essential.
Qualifications
• Good knowledge of PDP and related processes.
• Experience in leading and coordinating projects within product development.
• Relevant education from university and working experience within leadership (or similar).
• You communicate fluently in English both orally and in writing, and if you don't already speak Swedish you have a great ambition to learn.
• Experience working in a global organisation is a merit.
