Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Controller to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Analyze and understand P&L development and key performance indicators (e.g., Absorption, SG&A, Gross Profit).
• Transparently present financial results and insights to management.
• Participate in closing, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the site and business unit.
• Collaborate closely with Business Administration and other commercial functions globally to support financial topics.
• Drive the development and digitalization of financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What you bring:

• 1-3 years of experience in Business Controlling, Business Administration, Accounting, or a similar field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related commercial discipline.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is advantageous but not required.
• Strong skills in SAP and Excel are highly desirable.
• A structured and effective approach to work, with a natural inclination for teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
