At Aurobay's Finance department, we are looking for a Group Manager for Controlling to lead our controlling activities, contribute to strategic planning, and develop a high-performing team that supports our mission to drive sustainable business growth.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Controlling. There are two positions available.

Skills and experience

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Engineering, Science, Finance or equivalent.
• Experience from controlling or financial planning and analysis and / or project management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, future looking and solution-oriented approach toward business topics.
• Good communication skills, networking skills as well as influencing skills.
• Project management and change management skills and recognized ambassador for digital ways of working.

Your role at Aurobay

As a group manager for controlling you will:

• Present complex matters verbally and as presentations on different levels of the organization
• Lead and develop controlling activities connected to functions or projects.
• Actively participate in the planning processes, including forecasts and outlooks.
• Manage talent by overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, recognition, and offboarding processes.
• Act as a role model and lead the team in alignment with Aurobay Culture and Leadership principles.
• Be accountable for ensuring the team has the capabilities to deliver expected results.
