Are you passionate about ensuring accuracy, compliance, and driving financial performance? Asour Financial Controller, you will support the implementation of our new store concept whilestrengthening customer relationships. This role allows you to work closely with both customersand stores, contribute to strategic initiatives, and ensure financial excellence across theorganization.
As a Finance Controller, you will oversee key financial areas, including revenue flows, customerbalances, and settlements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will play a pivotal role in oneof our business areas, which involves the operation of physical stores. Collaborating closely withcustomers and store teams, you will provide financial expertise, support decision-making, andbuild strong relationships with keystakeholders.
In this role, you will also take a leading part in implementing a new branch within this businessarea, ensuring that all financial processes align with laws, regulations, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial performance: Evaluate results, revenues, and transactions to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance: Oversee financial processes to ensure regulatory compliance,especially within the new store concept.
- Support operations: Collaborate with store managers to align financial processes withoperational goals, ensuring seamless transaction handling.
- Handle customer follow-ups: Manage customer balances and settlements to ensureagreements are accurately maintained.
- Improve financial processes: Identify and implement enhancements to increaseefficiency and accuracy in workflows.
- Contribute to reporting and billing: Support monthly closings, group reporting, andinvoicing processes.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to analyze financial results and identify variances.
- Has experience working with store managers and teams to ensure accurate transactions and invoicing.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data tonon-financial stakeholders.
- Is fluent in both English and Swedish, in written and spoken communication.
